Is there a page on the web with every airline that services N.Y.C from Chicago?

Or do I have to search each and every airline webpage?

I am flying to New York City in August and am flying US Air. I know that American goes also. As others have mentioned, I would try travelocity or orbitz or if you are a AAA member check their website or call a travel agent (for information only - they will charge you for booking).

We use www.expedia.com (http://www.expedia.com) for my work to select the flights, then have to go through a specific agency to book it.

Just getting to New York City is only half the problem. Getting from the airport to where you want to go can be a bigger problem than getting to the airport.

I prefer to fly to Newark if I my destination is Manhattan. If you are going to the Bronx, you might consider White Plains Airport.

Dave, the last time I was in New York we flew into JFK. Took the airport train to the first NYC Subway station and from there it brought us straight into Manhattan. I actually thought it was a pretty good connection, but I readily admit I never tried Newark.

Most of the flights into JFK are international. There are a few domestic flights into JFK, but they are usually connecting flights to overseas flights.

When we fly to New York, our choices are usually Laguardia, Newark or White Plains. Recently, Southwest Airlines has started flying into Long Island, so that Airport may start picking up some of the New York traffic.

Although Newark is in another state, it is physically closer to Manhattan than the other airports.

I usually fly into Newark.

One of my boys has recently made a couple business trips from Detroit to Newark, and has found it to work pretty well, and it's easy to get into NYC from there.
