I saw the attached document on the retention bulletin board at my unit today. It lists the educational incentives for members of the respective states National Guard. For years, I've found it interesting the differences in benefits that each state offers, the lack of benefits in my home state is one of several reasons I didn't leave active duty and go home to join the Guard.
