I married my first wife, Kay.
Oh, and she's still my first (& only) wife.:basic01
Our kids are planning a reception for us in about 3 weeks. Due to scheduling conflicts on their part, it couldn't happen this week.
I'll have to post pictures after that event.
Still happily married,
Cecil & Kay

Still happily married,
Cecil & Kay CONGRATULATIONS Cecil and Kay. That is great. You got married on my birthday. My sister also got married on my birthday, 55 years ago so they had their 50th celebration 5 years ago. I won't say how many years ago I was born, but I was just a "kid" when they got married. Ha.
I hope you have a wonderful reception. I will be looking for the pictures.

CONGRATULATIONS!!
Talking about your first wife. This reminds me of the woman who saw this nice looking man and said, "Sir, you remind me of my fourth husband." The man was shocked and said "I don't mean to be rude, but how many times have you been married?" She replied, "Three times." :basic03

for your wishes & kind words.
We had a quiet day today, then went out to eat with our pastor and his wife.
The real celebration comes in a few weeks.

Congratulations, Kay & Cecil !
Cecil, you mentioned having pictures of a future reception. Do you have any 50-year-old ones for us to see the "before" while we wait for the "after (50 yrs)" pictures? ;)

you know what the women say...behind every successful man is a wife...or is it : the husband is the head of the home but the wife turns his neck??
