Might as well jump on the bandwagon.

Have you ever been in a church where every single sermon was a holiness sermon?

Is it possible that there is such a thing as too much emphasis on holiness? Seems to me that if you get things out of balance, it can lead to legalism. I know several people, including family members, who are so messed up over what it means to be holy that I doubt they will figure it out before kingdom come.

Randy, it depends on how you define "holiness." A few years ago the GSs decided pastors should include in their DA report how many holiness sermons they had preached that year. I told him all my sermons were on holiness, but I don't think I was using the word the same way he was.

Might as well jump on the bandwagon.
