I know there is a CE forum and I really don't want politics to enter the general discussion forum, but I do want to congratulate all of you for the first African American nominated by a major party for the highest office in the USA. Apart from all the political considerations (that again, the CE forum is for), I feel we should remember and celebrate this as a historic step and an indispensable part of what the American dream is about. So I do believe it justifies heartfelt congratulations. It's like electing Nina Gunter general superintendent.
There's a lot in the world that isn't as it should be yet. And focusing on all that's wrong comes quite naturally. So this is a conscious attempt to focus on what is good, and celebrate it. God bless America, in order to be a blessing. And lead by examples as these.
