My email notification doesn't work right.

I have noticed the last few days that my email notification works for some threads that I have posted on but not for others. Sometimes even in the same thread, it will work for some posts but not others. Some replies show up right away in my email, some show up hours later and I had one show up days later. It's strange :fun06

Do you think the problem could be with Mozilla Thunderbird? Is anyone else having these problems.

I am experiencing the same thing. It does seem to take longer to receive the notifications.
I use Netscape E-mail to pick up my messages via POP-3 from the local ISP. I thought it was a problem with the ISP because they did some upgrading of equipment and I experienced a few weeks of not being able to pick up the mail. But that has improved, and the notifications are still coming through kinda slow at times.
I have no idea as to why this is happening.
Perhaps Scott has an answer.
