I know that many of you wouldn't have much interest in what's going on up here (and I can certainly understand that) but I gotta tell you...this has been an incredibly exciting election campaign.

Three days to go!!!!

Hopefully Tuesday morning we'll wake up with a new Prime Minister elect :-)

From all I have heard, you need a new Prime Minister. I hope the one you want gets elected.

Well...we certainly need a new party in power. 13 years is too long. As I have said before, I don't disagree with all that has transpired during Liberal rule, but we need a change.

I'm glad you're excited. Our US elections make me sick. They are worse every time :basic04

I think the thing that makes a HUGE difference is how short ours are. This is a long campaign by Canadian standards (eight weeks) and I am glad to see it come to an end. If I had to live with this for longer than that I would get sick too.

And of course...you all have those primaries to get through too :-)

I read the USA Today article about it -- looks as though this will be a big change for Canada. It also looks as though there should be improved US/Canadian relations.

Thanks for the "insiders" view!

I think it's a little more exciting to hear about your process because it is NOT beat into our heads for so long with commercials and whatnot.

Let us know as soon as you hear!

By the way, it works better here, also, for the political pendulum to swing back and forth to provide balance of power every few years.
