"Undercover Boss" because I think it is good for the top person to get out amongst the lower rungs to find out just how those people cope with the issues of their job and become enlightened as to how things might be changed not only for the betterment of the employees but increased efficiency and sense of company loyalty. Last night it was the CEO of Chiquita Banana.

Accidentally taped this once and discovered how good it was .I have to tape 2 hours to get a complete show as it often doesn't start on time and only one hour you'd miss the end .Before I did that one night I only got about 10 minutes .
