Did a guilt trip strike you, and you tho't it might be kind to give someone just above you a bit longer period of fame as the "last one" before posting again? HA! ;)

Not that I'm holding a grudge or anything, but if those two or three posts didn't mysteriously disappear we would be all that much closer to 777 and then 999 and hopefully sanity will return to all of us and we can put this thing behind us and deal with the important questions of life such as global warming - which has already been confirmed on NazNet as being a hoax.

Yes, quite awhile ago we mentioned that this thread seemed to have the possibility of lasting until then ... even if it slows down for awhile, each new NazNetter, browsing all threads, might be intrigued, so that we might even find it resurrected now and then for a long time to come. ;)
Maybe we could turn this into NazNet Survivor or something.... each 20 posts we get to vote someone off the thread.
Awww, but then it might be hard to survive on other threads, feeling unappreciated for having been voted off this thread ... might be a risky thing for a place that prides itself on fellowship.
Now that's just plain mean! You didn't even need to post yet. :smilies1447:

No, my interest has not been piqued by this suggestion either, Tinker ... in fact, as stated above, it has raised some serious concerns about the effect of such a vote on fellowship. ;)

Source of Global Temperature Drop Found
Researchers at the world renowned Big Moose Center for Climate Change Research have found the source of a recent drop in global temperatures that has concerned scientists on 4 continents. The drop in temperatures began about a month ago and has continued since. It was reported in the north eastern United States that winter has arrived early and with a vengeance and that several endangered species were now at greater risk. “We’ve been concerned about the darling little snail darter fish and the precious spotted owl for several years now,” commented chief researcher Phineas Breezem, head of research at Big Moose, “the recent drop in global temperatures has increased our concern for their survival.”
Breezem reports that a complicating issue is a false climate reading from a weather research facility in Alberta. “Obviously, those people don’t know what they’re talking about,” he commented off the record. He adds, “All a person has to do is look at their thermometer to see for themselves the drop of temperatures over the last month.”
The source of the global drop in temperatures was found as Breezem and his research team of crack scientists explored a little known link between cyber activity and real world weather. They discovered that increased activity on the Internet increases ionization in the upper atmosphere which, in turn, increases cloud cover. Users of WI-FI actually make matters worse as their activity is carried through the air between computer and wireless router.
“The source of the problem,” Breezem said, “is a thread on a website called ‘NazNet.com.’ A group of users are competing to see who will be the last to post to a particular thread.” In the thread, each user tries to post something that will be the final thing said in the thread. As the hundreds of posts are done, the upper atmosphere is super ionized and the climate is suffering as a result.
Breezem says that the only hope for the planet is for the competition to end immediately. “Just a person trying to get one more post in by saying something like ‘ME’ or ‘thanks’ will likely push our fragile planet past the tipping point. The NazNet users must cease this thread immediately,” he warned.
He adds, “Do it for the sake of the children.”

“We’ve been concerned about the darling little snail darter fish and the precious spotted owl for several years now,” commented chief researcher Phineas Breezem, head of research at Little Moose, “the recent drop in global warming has increased our concern for their survival.”

Absolutely not! I am French Canadien, I know nothing of this term called "stubborn foolishness". I've heard the term bandied about from time to time, but I have a hard time comprehending it's meaning. It seems that whenever it is leveled at me, I am in the midst of something that I consider to be fun! Somehow there is a cognitive dissonance at work here, or the term must be a misnomer. Yes that's it, doesn't apply to me!

Today was a change of plans day. The forecast was for rain, so I planned for rain, except it didn't rain. So I moved some equipment around, and made a trash run, then I went inside for the rain that didn't come.
Forecast of rain? We have a forecast of -30 tonight.
