My son with Kirk Cameron

My son Michael McGrath and his wife April recently spent a week working with Kirk Cameron and his ministry crew in Los Angeles doing Street Ministry. They had a wonderful time and a reached a lot of people for God.

I just saw Kirk interviewed on Headline News in reference to his movie premiering tonight. He is such a neat guy! I look forward to seeing the movie.

... no one happened to get back here to answer your question. 'Think the movie Jeanne was talking about is the next in the "Left Behind" series, since Kirk has been in another one or two of those [can't tell you how many there have been, since I've seen just part of one when it was on a local Christian channel that sometimes shows TBN stuff].

...not Growing Pains; the street ministry related show.

My Brother-in-Law Cleetus Adrian is a notorous street minister (seen in this picture giving my son Samuel a hair cut). Cleetus is covered from head to toe with tattoos, so people often assume him to be among the lost. On Halloween, he was approached by another street minister who attempted to share the gospel with him using the technique that Cameron uses. The street minister was shocked at the volume and depth of scripture Cleetus knew.

Ray Comfort's The Way of the Master (www.thewayofthemaster.com) (<<Clicky) ministry is an awesome and inspiring thing. After seeing a couple of the shows on tv, I checked out the website and was so impressed I bought the foundation course and now offer it in my house on Friday nights. It makes evangelizing so much more effective and easier. If anything the book (not the study guide) is full of great information and well worth the read.
