I could never afford to buy all the DVD's of Star Trek and the various series.

I was please to read however, that they have put together a collection of the best "time travel" episodes from the original, Next Generation, Deep Space 9 and Voyageur.

I have been saying for years how much I would like to have a time travel collection of Star Trek...because I love those episodes.

It comes out in April. I have suggested to my daughters that it could be a good Mother's Day present :-)

They also have a collection of Borg episdoes.

Barbara, the Borg series I always loved. Voyageur was the better of the series. Deep space 9 was more like a soap opera rather than a sci-fi.

Of course, the original Star Trek series was the ultimate in entertainment. They had real adventures outside the ship on different worlds! Like, Kool eh.

Our library contains many of the DVDs and my son has been watching them. Since they are free as long as he turns them in on time, the price is right! It's a $1 fine a day for being late - which he is occassionally. He says even with fines it is still cheaper than renting them!

At our library you can even make purchase requests - they are pretty good about filling them.
