New Members PP slide

Well, this is last minute. We are taking in new members, and I am trying to track down a new member powerpoint background. Does anyone have one?

I don't know if this could be used or not?

Did you need one with a space for a photo?

I haven't posted any new slides lately cause I have a problem with one eye...went to the eye doctor but not sure about things and may need to go to my regular doctor next week if the problem doesn't clear up. I had thought it was a detached retina as I am getting flashes and floating in the eye but it does clear up at times and returns?

Anyone have any suggestions?
