My son is seven and a blue level quizzer. At regional quiz Saturday he missed a question when he failed to pull a card though he had his hand on the right number.
Here is his explanation:
"Well, I put my hand where I wouldn't forget the number but then when she said that the Israelites were to take a hammer and chisel to the wall of Jericho I started seeing that in my head. It was so funny that I forgot to listen for when to pull my card."
Some of the wrong answer choices are kind of comical. :smilies1722:
He still placed gold. Not bad for a little guy competing with the bigger kids.
