My mother bought a new couch

My mom is 75, and I was really surprised to see her buy a rather modern type of couch! Here are some pics, including one of her favourite daughter in law :basic05 (she has only one!) My mother is in the picture above.
BTW, this is the house my parents bought in 1964. It was new then. It's in a row of 4, and from the 4 original owners, 3 are still there.
BTW #2, she has never ever dyed her hair. Her mother wasn't totally grey when she passed away either.

we are currently buying a new sofa. There is one problem in our house.....my wife is only 5" 1 and so she wants a sofa that when she sits down her feet will touch the floor.
Each one has their own taste...it kinda reminds me of the question that was posed to Abe Lincoln and it went like this: Mr Lincoln, how long do you think a mans legs should be?" To which He replied, "I think they ought to be long enough to touch the floor!" LOL

I would like to see a picture of your Mother facing toward the camera. I imagine that she is quite attractive. The sofa is nice, also. And, I notice that you just had to make a pictaure of your favorite "darling" sitting on it.
And. you might be surprised how young lots of people in their seventies are these days.
