The Iowa farmer and the Texas rancher

An Iowa farmer went to a big farming convention. There were farmers and ranchers there from all over the country. The Iowa farmer had never been very far from home. He got to talking to a Texas rancher.

The Texas rancher asked how much land the Iowa farmer had. The Iowa farmer said 400 acres.

Then the Iowa farmer asked the Texas rancher how much land he had.
The Texas rancher said, "I can get in my truck and drive for an hour in any direction and still be on my property."

The Iowa farmer said, "Yeah, I had a truck like that once."
