Does satelite or cable count towards housing for tax purposes?

I don't believe so. But I'm not stating that with any authority...just what I've seen done elsewhere.

My church directly pays for electric, water, phone (flat/local), and heat. They do not pay for long distance, internet, or television.

They have paid internet in the past for the church office, but currently I'm providing that from my internet business instead.
