How many of yoy activly play a sport?

As some long suffering friends here know I took up golf recently, and absolutly love it. Up till i was about forty, did play soccer, badmington, and ran a lot. So i now play golf as its a sport that suits my age, whilest giving good moderate exercise. Do you activly play a sport, and which?

Ebony and I do agility! It's soo much fun! We both love practicing and competing--ohh it's the best! If my knee would stop acting up, we would be running to keep in shape for it. So, once I stop growing that'll be a pastime of ours, too!

That's cool. DL'd your videos, but have to DL the most recent ones, too. THEN I'll have to burn a DVD & show ma ... she likes to watch dog shows ... this might be, to her, really cool, knowing it's someone I know doing it.

the wife, son and i recently joined a local gym. lol of it is my head says sure old man you can do this but the aching body says "i'm not so sure." but it seems to be working clothes are beginning to loosen up a bit.

I'm not into ball games. I like to hunt and fish but I don't do much of it anymore. I haven't hunted for 20 years. I still fish but the fishing isn't very good around here. I would fish a lot more if it was.
