This church just refuses to quench the Spirit. This morning's service included great singing, loud praises and shouting. Then after service as we were on our way out of the sanctuary my dear friend, Joe McPherson, got blessed and started jumping up and down and with me next to him it spilled over and I joined in. Then instead of our regular Sunday evening service we took our Lord's Supper around a long table setting with 25 places and 24 in attendance and we all felt that our Lord was in that 25th chair. Again great singing of hymns and choruses with praises and shouting for the Lamb who was slain for us to defeat sin, Satan, Hell, death and the grave. Praise God for the opportunity to serve Him here at the school and attend this church where the Spirit is not quenched. In the afternoon some of us watched a video of the Passion of Christ. He is risen, indeed. What a memorable Easter.
