Boar's head mozzarella cheese
fresh basil
sun-dried tomatoes packed in olive oil
lettuce
Slice mozzarella 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. Top with a leaf of fresh basil and a sun-dried tomato. Serve on a fancy lettuce leaf, sprinkle with the oil tomatoes were packed in. Prepare 2 for each appetizer.
For a holiday accent, try cutting each slice into shapes using a small cookie cutter.
Easy and tasty.
