Paul, thanks for sharing this. What an interesting story. I hope many of NazNetters read it. I am deeply interested in the personal stories of our military people who were in combat areas. I had to copy this and make a part of the notebook fo such stories I have.

Yes, sir ... it was a great story. 'Just didn't come back to NN to post, after going there to read. ;)

Perhaps that is just what happened to some other folks, too.
