Now, do we send all of our "complaints" to you so you can get 'em fixed?
Or... like the "Shoe" cartoon in today's paper, will you send out a memo that says:
"Do not use the suggestion box until further notice... the handle is broken and it won't flush."

The comic strip (cartoon) called "Shoe" in our local paper.
Obviously, you are not familiar with the more cultured things in life.
For the "uncultured" in our audience, "Shoe" stands for "Shoemaker," who is the editor of the particular paper in the cartoon strip.
He put out the memo that I referred to in my post. It was addressed to all employees.
There! I've explained it to all you uncultured types!
