We are having a great time in Kenya. I don't have time to tell you all about it yet, but here are some pictures.
Yesterday we did all the "tourist" kinds of things in Niarobi. We spent today at Africa Nazarene University. I will share pictures of ANU at a later time.

Great pics. Thanks.
I did notice one thing.....
Linda has her running shoes on, and is crouched in a "fast get-away" position while she is petting that cat.
Also, she is not at the "working end," but is as far away from it as possible.

Awww, nice kitty! The cat-petting pics reminded me of "Out of Africa" in Phoenix where we [Danny and I] went a couple of times with out-of-town visitors. Rather than just the normal everyday zoo environment, they have some rather natural-looking environments, plus someone taking a nondangerous animal out of their environment, daily, to discuss them with the visitors at certain times.
PLUS -- the "biggie" -- there's a cat show. Yes, there's a pool 2-3' deep where several folks get in there with the big cats, and play with them, do tricks with them ... tigers ... lions ... leopards ... panthers, etc. Really neat to watch! It was something I'd never seen before until "Out of Africa." ;)
Have a great trip ... careful of those kitties, now! 'Reminds me of the story Harmon Schmelzenbach told about this lion he tho't was chasing him when he was a kid, until he realized the cat could've long ago outrun him, so decided he was just playing with him ... what a scary  way to play!

I've been waiting on pictures... thanks!!!
Now, I'm waiting to hear if you have had any reactions so far to the Yellow Fever shot or Malaria pills. I'll be starting my immunizations for Africa in about 3 weeks. I hope we have time to compare notes after you return and before I leave. Looking forward to more info and pics.
