I just wonder if anyone out there remembers this commercial from the 1960's. I only remember it because one of my school classmates found Mr. Mays pronunciation of the word "touch" to be an endless source of humor.

I don't remember that ad but I remember us being talked to about blasting caps in school. I remember visiting my grandpa's farm when I was in the first grade and asking him if he had any blasting caps laying around. He gave me the strangest look. Then I had to explain that I didn't want any, we were just warned about them in school. He still gave me a strange look. He didn't have no use for blasting caps.
