As always, I enjoy your photos. So how did the quiches turn out?

HA HA!! Marsha!
I forgot to place the cream cheeze on the bottom..so emptied the
contents of the quiche into a bowl..sliced the cream cheeze..pressed
it down..tried to get Kris to do this , but he was too slow
as i had three different quiches to repair (all three were ready to pop into the
oven when i discovered my mistake..bottom line

they all turned out great! every one thinks i know how to cook!!
I told then the recipe came from my friend in Tennessee
