is a dozen or so chicken thighs or drumsticks in a slow cooker then pour on a bottle of barbeque sauce and let simmer until done.

Surprise, even Esther likes it. Normally she prepares her own meal and I prepare mine and not often at the same time. Ever since we got our first microwave it is each one for themselves. She does do a great dinner for Thanksgiving and Christmas which our sons insist she do.
