Not Like Any Other Day

Today is not an ordinary day for Rick and I. Yeah it is 060606 or June 6, 2006 but for Rick and I, it is our 25th Wedding Anniversary. 25 years ago best friends married and have remained best friends as well as man and wife over 25 years. Life is so good. God has been good and we are blessed.

Congratulations, Carol! We hope to celebrate ours on the 13th of August. And indeed, we have been best friends ever since as well. It most certainly is a blessing, especially in an age where divorces are so frequent.

Thanks Hans for your thoughts. Ya know when a husband and wife become truly one is when one can complete a sentence for the other or see something or hear things and just be able to give each other that look, cause you're both thinking the same thing. That is truly what I believe God meant when He said two become one in marriage.

God has the same plans.
