Even in French isn't "Federation" the same as "Association"? :-)

So what about that white stuff? Anyone know what it is that is floating around?

I believe it is toilet paper or some sort of streamers. If you have ever been to an international game it is amazing. To see the "stuff" floating and hear the songs and chants the fans sing......it is very exciting!
