To whom it may concern,

I am new to NazNet so this questioned may be archived, etc. I have PP 2002 and want to know if you can put a looped video (purchased on Sermonspice.com) as a background or behind text. When I insert it and place a text box over it, the slide show lets the text appear than instantly disappears. I have tried every setting on the custom animation for both the looped mpg and the text box to no avail. Is this simply not an option for Power Point?

Thanks,

Ralph

Hi Ralph. Unfortunately, I don't know the answer to your question. I have never used video with PP, only still photos. There are quite a few knowlegable PP people here on NazNet, so I hope someone can answer your question.

You will need an add-on for PowerPoint to add motion backgrounds with text on top! As far as I know, it can't be done without the add-on!

Here is a link to the info you need -- Click Here (http://www.informit.com/guides/content.asp?g=msoffice&seqNum=122&rl=1)

More Info HERE (http://christianteens.about.com/od/worship/gr/transmit.htm)

And also one to bookmark PowerPointAnswers.com (http://www.onppt.com/ppt/homepage.html)

Hope This Helps Answer Your Question?
