What takes place...?

What takes place in your sanctuary (or whatever you call your place of worship) during the 5 to 10 minutes immediately before the service?

I'm especially interested in knowing if you do anything in particular to "set the mood" for worship and if so, what?

We also have the piano playing, and a group in the Pastor's office praying for the service and everyone in the church.

And the kids trying to get seated first, so they can help with the power points for that day.
