n.

1. An unnaturalized foreign resident of a country. Also called noncitizen.
2. A person from another and very different family, people, or place.
3. A person who is not included in a group; an outsider.
4. A creature from outer space: science fiction about an invasion of aliens.
5. Ecology. An organism, especially a plant or animal, that occurs in or is naturalized in a region to which it is not native.

1. No, He is not a foreign resident of a country, for He does not live in a country by the regular definition of that word.
2. Yes, He would fit that.
3. That would start the discussion on the trinity, but considering the trinity is a group, the answer would be yes.
4. God lives both in and among us and beyond. Both yes and no.
5. I don't think this applies.

Billy,
No sir He would not be.Since He is the Ground of all Being and the Beginning and end He is not a stranger or visitor since He is the Source of all Life etc.
We would more correctly be called aliens.
have a good weekend,
Tom

In the sense of "extraterrestrial," yes, God would be an alien. He is not of this earth. The earth is of Him.
