Double click the photo in your library and you should see the fix red eye option in the tool bar.

Windows Live Photo Gallery is free from MS.

I would recommend picasa since i have used and really like it. I am pretty picky about what I like when it comes to editing.

Thanks, Randy! It's amazing what one can have in a computer and not even be aware. Used it a lot last night and the photos look much better. Guess I "could have had a V-8!"
