Yep, been there, done that. And you're right -- it does cause one to break into spontaneous dancing!!! HA

I have to work on a dozen of electric engines, bought from China with only one little mistake. Because the long transport distance and the little reason it were crazy to send them back because guarantee. Where to do? It must be a clean environment, so I can not do that where I worked with wood. I took them in my room, byside my desk - and since my family and I do walk inside home in stockings or sockets - I had mindst one times a day a spontaneous dance. Now - next week or so they are sold and gone - what a luck.

the blue, swollen toe reminds me to be carefully
"Stand up from office chair, to walk around desk NOT like ever! Watch your steps!"
What steps?
Normally homo erectus (and sapiens?) do walk symmetric, A B A B A B etc, now I do walk asymmetric, A Bee A Bee A Bee etc.
A thing, we can joke about a bit in family.

Carsten, opening your post provided a great big laugh. I had thought (assumed) one of two things while reading your title and neither was correct.
You had been to a new-type church service where this had happened.
You had decided to suddenly sweep Ruth off her feet and began dancing away with her.Hope your toe is better and that you do no more spontaneous dancing for the same reason. :)
Blessings,

... where Edith's did, as well, Carsten!
When I then read your post, it sent a pang through me, recalling the times I've not only BTDT, but broken, not just bruised, a toe here & there. OUCH!!!!!
Be careful where you walk ... I love to walk barefoot, but it's more apt to happen when one does that than if one wears shoes/slippers. Hope I've learned to walk more carefully after too many toe problems, just as you described, over the years. Again ... one big OUCH!!!!

Thank you for the good wishes!
No, it is not a new service and it did not happen in a service (but I know some pentecostal churches, people do dance in their services as expession of joy), ha, ha, ha!
Nelsons straight toes do show, his bones are healthy directed, my are round - as a consequence of closed shoes during children years.
The Main crack hit the big toe and No. Two.
A later crack hit the last.
Welcome in the A Bee A Bee A Bee - walkers club!

Thank you!
The real bad time is already behind me - on the days it happened, I walked A Bee ee A Bee ee A Bee ee and now I return to normality by A Bee A Bee A Bee - walking and next week again by A B A B A B etc.
