If you receive one that says someone tried to enter your account with a cc ending in 9600, do not reply. It is a fraudulant email and Citi Bank has been getting calls all day about this email. Dont reply, just forward the email to citibank@emailspoof.com and they will take care of it.
We do not have any accounts with Citi Bank at all, so we couldnt figure out what was happening and this is what they told me when I called them.
