Here are a few more backgrounds, I made. They may be useful to some?

Wonderful stuff. I know you have told before, but since I'm new NazNet, what program do you use to make your slides?

Wonderful stuff. I know you have told before, but since I'm new NazNet, what program do you use to make your slides?

I use PhotoImpact, Photoshop, a bit of Corel, Printshop, Hemera Photo and Clipart and Stockxchg which is found online plus my own photos and photos from Naznetters like Judy, Nelson and Joel.

A hint: If you buy photos on a disc ready-made such as those National Geographic cd's, check to see what size the photos are made. For PowerPoint, don't go anything less than 800 x 600 or they will be grainy. Resizing them larger doesn't help much in the graininess because the number of pixels is what counts for a sharp image.

These photo images are coming out now in stores for use in PowerPoint. Remember the pixel size for a sharp image.

Also, these wide screens and wide screen monitors don't help much when you are creating backgrounds because the backgrounds tend not to be portional for those screens. Someday, when the money situation is better, I may buy a wide screen in order to make those size backgrounds.

I notice they have the high definition scenic loop videos in Walmart for $6 and wonder if they would work for backgrounds for those with other display programs like MediaShout. Does anyone use those? They would be great to display for pre-service screen displays.
