I watched the second half of the season, and the finale was last night.

Yes, I watched most of it. An old friend who I hadn't spoke to in 3 yrs called just before Tom cut himself!!! So i watched but with the sound off as to not distract me too much!

I hadn't started watching till they were down to 5. My husband watched the whole season. He was really into it.

SO were you happy with the way it turned out? We were very happy with the way it turned out.
I couldn't believe Virginia told those guys she picked them cause they were weak!!!!!!!! YET that one guy asking for money was quite gutsy...wow. I kept thinking..that could be illegal...especially if she wins, she'll be in trouble.

Its not my favorite show in the world but with all the good shows being reruns for the summer..it was fun to watch.

I was pleased with the ending. I would have been utterly surprised if Virginia had won because she really should have been eliminated a couple of weeks ago. I'm still not sure why she so abruptly changed her mind about leaving the week that Sarah went instead.

Virginia's words to her team were terrible. If they were not out to promote themselves as chefs, they probably would have sabotaged her.

I also like 'The Apprentice' which I would describe as 'smart people doing dumb things.'

Well, I tried a couple of times to watch "Hell's Kitchen," figuring there might be a kitchen tip or two to pick up. however, too much yelling for me; I just don't do well with such things ... enough happens IRL already.

As for "The Apprentice" ... well, that intrigues me a bit ... while "the Donald" can be irritating in some ways, he's got some good advice ... sometimes ... and I still recall something I read long ago & kept a small cut-out of it in my wallet from years ago ... before even knowing much re Donald Trump. It was that statement I think someone else has mentioned here before that he made: "If you going to be thinking, you might as well think BIG." (may not be exact, but the idea's here) For sure ... why waste time thinking "small," when it takes up as much time, anyway, eh?
