Today was a very special day for me.

I just got back into town after being gone all afternoon and wanted to share my excitement with everyone (even though I see Pastor Scott beat me to it on another thread). I received my local minister's license today. I'm humbled and honored to follow God's calling on my life as He reveals it. I also feel very privileged to be a member of such a supportive church. I had planned to say more in my testimony but got choked up seeing all the loving and supportive people in the congregation that were crying in happiness (at least I hope it was happiness :) ) . A special thank you to Pastor Scott for lending his ear and support as he watched me struggle through this.

I am truly in awe of what God has done in my life. To Him goes all the glory.

Thanks , Hans . I think I know why I missed it. I rarely read on the Theology board and just hit posts read at the end . Thanks for giving the link to it . I did try all posts started by Scott but he didn't start this one .
