Another year has passed.......

Tomorrow will mark 4 years since my heart attack and bypass surgery 2 days later pretty much changed my life forever. And in some ways, for the good. I seem to look at life in a whole new way since that day. For some reason I just needed to say it "out loud" again. Although the memory is still very fresh, because it was the most scared I've ever been, I don't dwell on it every day now. Just on days like today. Thanks for letting me vent a little......I'll tell you one thing -- I love feeling well!!! :)
