hello from Rock the Universe

Mandy and I just spent a great time at universal studios! We rode some rides, but we came for the christian music! and boy were we impressed!

grits gave up some good rap! skillet played well and the kids loved them, Newsboys is always a worship concert!!!!!!!!!!!! but boy did Kutless blow it right up! I have been to several AC/DC, Dokken, Judas Priest concerts (I love that grinding guitar, can't help it) but Kutless put on the best show I have ever seen! add to just good HARD rock, their love for Jesus is exhilarating! I am still blown away....exhausted but what a nite of PRAISE!

Hey all, we had a great time, being able to spend time alone with my mom and praise God are the best things that can happen this weekend. I saw Kutless for the first time and wow they are really awesome. I got a picture with the drummer, and boy was he a cutie!! I took this picture of Dora because of my baby girl.

it was so rainy and yucky today but all the bands truly rocked! makes me refreshed for the next generation. wow! all those kids in love with Jesus! of course I got to see my Third Day and send off Audio A so I am still flowing :basic05

we did relax by the pool yesterday, probably what saved us to be able to do another nite...tho it was so cool! some ducks showed up to have a swim (yes that is a toe ring :basic05 and our tower/room in the background)
it was good to see Audio A and hear not only their music but their mission (I got to share with several staff at the resort about Audio A and what Rock the Universe is all about...most had heard of Audio A) and next of course my fave band Third Day....wow...how many ways can you say wow? (actually I have almost lost my voice lol)
Emerils Tchoup Chop was breathtaking. I have never tasted such outstanding food....ever! It was a party for my mouth lol!
and can you believe after that weekend, I went to another concert tonite?????! Matthew West is another of the Artists music I use when I make CDs to share the Love of Jesus. He truly gave a message tonite. and inspired this storyteller of her 13 (you really have to know Matthew West) to continue helping others find their 13.
The concert tonite was at Countryside Christian Center where 2 of my daughters attend and I stayed for the whole service as I didn't get to go this a.m. and Pastor preached on the same thing I heard when we got home and Kailynn opened her newest Veggie Tales :basic05 (Joshua) God is so good!
