Oh goodness! I think that cool front that cooled you and us off, has already left South Texas! BUMMER!
Have you heard any predictions yet on the kind of winter we'll be having?
(of course, we're usually a bit warmer than y'all here in the south:basic03 )

I just heard it will be back in the mid 80's by the weekend, so I am going to enjoy this while I can.
I actually like cool weather. I even like snow.:fun01

Don't know (re winter). Do I dare go look at that usually-correct place that's now on the web, not just in book-form? What if "Farmer's Almanac" tells us it's going to be one nasty winter!? Hibernation time is long enough in Michigan even if it's not what they might call a "nasty winter." :(
OK, OK ... I'll get it over with; I'll go look ... BRB.
OK, here's a link to the USA winter weather map:

Well, it's OK for Christmas 6221 to come.
However, we pray this is not what happens! 6223
But, if it does, one can always hibernate, and have a steaming cup of hot chocolate! 6222

Wow, thanks for that Gina. I did not know that almanac was available online. Looks like it will be colder than usual for MI but at least it won't be as wet as usual. Dry cold doesn't bother me. I prefer it! :basic03

You are welcome and glad you enjoyed them. It is a gorgeous autumn day here and nature is definitely showing forth the manifest works of God's creation. Even with the drought, this season is welcomed.
God's blessings on your day,

Splendid Autumn Day
Seeing this "several years ago" reminded me of how, since coming to Michigan, and finally being able to see pictures once given an old computer 2-3 years ago, that I've still got some pictures on that older computer that wouldn't let me get on-line any longer. Someone was kind enough to send me an old CD writer disk to attach to it, but as many drivers as I've tried for it, the silly thing wouldn't be recognized by the computer. So, they're still there. Would like to get them off there and put them on here, in spite of having saved many to this new one in the last year that I've had it. HEY! Now that I've had it over a year, I can put some more memory in it ... didn't want to open it during warranty period and void that. ;)
