My housework is piling up today but I just wanted to let you know that I am really pleased to be able to draw alongside of Belinda right now to act as a moderator with her.

Some of you know me better then others. I think I've only met three of you in person. But the wonderful thing about the Internet is that we are able to bridge cultural and geographical boundaries and embrace each other in our hearts.

I love the fact that this forum exists. I think women have a special need for each other and I believe that W2W can help us meet that need. It is for this reason that I volunteered to help at this time. There is no question that some have felt wounded. I believe healing can happen. I pray that that healing can happen together.

If you want to know my heart, look at my signatures quotes. I have tried to let the spirit of those quotes guide my interaction with others on NazNet. Sometimes I fail. And I will fail in the future I'm sure. But may grace abound.

I'll have to learn the ropes as moderator, having only served briefly in that role when Current Events was alive (old software). Be patient in the meantime.

Many blessings,
Barbara

The last two years, I have wanted to go to Nashville while you were there, so we could meet. I have a son, sister, her husband, and some of her married children and their families there.
Hope you enjoy being a moderator.
