digging deeper..search me Oh God ..
and question my heart
question my motives..expose me..
may i truely thirst be to changed
to be rid of habits, manipulations
actions that grieve your Spirit..
reveal these to my spirit Lord
weaken my knees,
strenghten my legs to chase after your heart

Judy, I seldom go to sleep anytime until somewhere between 2 and 5 a.m.
Last night I was awake the entire night.
During the week, I sleep until 9"30 a.m., if I can, and start school at 10 a.m.
Sunday and revival weeks are very hard. I am easy to get hyper and fight sleep. We had a three day revival that ended with a meal after service last night.
Melatonin seems to counteract my Paxil. Nyquil for coughs will keep me awake all night. Tylenol p.m. does not make me sleep, etc.
I wonder, if the Arimidex makes it worse--even though, I have never been a good sleeper. I read that Arimidex makes can possibly make one sleepy--but not me.I was on Tamoxifin first, and then changed to Arimidex in March of 2002. My moth is in terrible shape right now. Several weeks I ask for the oncologist nurse to cqall me. During actual chemo treatments, the doctor prescribed something for me to swish around in my mouth. She told me to go to the dentist. This (July 31) was the first time I have been told to not come back for a year, so I am not scheduled to see the oncologist un til late July or early August of 2007. I go every three months for a flush, on a day he is not in the office in our county.
Didn't know I was going to end up telling you about this.

I often go nights without sleep. Sometimes two nights in a row. I don't do it as often as I used to but on occasion I still do. I also take melatonin before I go to bed. I read somewhere that it COULD POSSIBLY help with headaches, sooo I'll try anything to reduce the number of headaches I get.

I worked 11p-7a for 10 years. During that time I developed a sleep disorder. I also was infected with Lyme Disease. After I got off of the 11-7 shift and after the Lyme had really taken a hold on me I started really having trouble sleeping. Many nights I would not close my eyes. I was not able to work if I hadn't slept.
Once I was diagnosed with Lyme Disease my doctor started me on Trazedon for sleep, as well as Antibiotics for the Lyme. It worked well most nights. A year and one half ago I was introduced to a Nutraceutical line of products that has changed my life. I was taking almost 300mg of Trazedon at night. After a few months on Ageless Extra I was able to start decreasing my Trazedon. I then started on S4, which contains 4 herbs that are known to help with sleep. I take two of them and I am now taking 50 mg of Trazedon. I have a night every once in a while that I have trouble getting to sleep. I get up and play on the internet for a while until I get sleepy. Sometimes I take some Tylenol PM. I feel like I have been given a new lease on life.

Hi Ann
were i normal and work normal hours
i would probably also gain a new lease on
life. it is almost 0400 and i am wide awake!!
The beginning to this thread was in the tone of
talking to the Lord..i do most o fmy
one-on-one talking to Jesus on sleepless nites
God says in His word that He never sleeps nor slumbers
so i have a ready ear to talk or to listen when i cannot sleep
