Blue Jay............

I went to my mom & dad's for a few days in Marmora, Ontario - then onto Ottawa, Ontario for a wedding.

I was able to get these amazing pics of a blue jay.

They were about 3 feet away from me.

And boy do they love peanuts.

What suprised me the most is - how I was able to get the shots of the wings.

Marilyn...I love the wings too! Our Blue Jay comes to the feeder, squawks a few times, sees me trying to take a picture, and TAKE OFF! So I haven't gotten a picture of him all summer! Love the picture where your Jay is hiding amongst the critters on the railing!
