View Full Version : Lazy or exhausted in regard to change?

I can relate to this video somewhat as I am at a constant war with not eating the wrong foods. Sometimes my patience does wan and I am left with eating too much and having to counter with exercise. Now exercise can exhaust you:o What do you think about what they state in the video? See the link below. (By the way I currently weight in the low 140's (lb's), but it does seem like a battle to stay that way) Cookies Yummy!

140....wow, and I just weigh.....hold it a minute, I think someone is on the scales behind me. But I have lost over 50 lbs. And miss the banana splits.

Good for you on the weight loss! Hopefully using all that self control in regard to what you eat won't exhaust your stamina in other areas. (that seems to be what they were stating in the video) But I do see exercise as a chore and we don't like chores as a rule so is that lazy?
