Hannie and I stayed for a few days in an appartment in an old farmhouse, less then a mile from the Belgium border. An amazing area. Lots of pictures to follow, but this one is for starters. BTW, this is NOT the house we stayed in but the style was similar.

I lived in the Dakota's and Nebraska until I was about thirteen, Judy. When my family moved to Wisconsin, it was like moving into the world I'd seen in books. Wow! Strange thing, though, now when I go back to the Great Plains, I find it charming.

Beautiful shot Hans. Like your forest pictures, it makes me think of my part of the world, except for the architecture. We'll enjoy the rest of your vacation when you get more pictures up. Thanks.
