Boston television commentators are not moving very rapidly to forgive Kerry for his remark of a couple weeks ago. John Keller today named his "five top turkeys of the year", and John Kerry beat out Michael Richards for top honors. The Boston media hasn't even made excuses for him. It may be some indication that the powers that be have decided to let him swing. Also, it may indicate that another Kennedy is ready to assume Kerry's senate seat. It may be worth watching.
So, what's worse than having a Kennedy in one of your two senate seats?
Don't even go there.

I'd be surprised if Kerry's Senate seat was in any jeopardy. But whatever presidential aspirations he might have been holding on to are shot. Even before his stupid remarks, he wielded little clout with the Democratic party outside of New England.

AI've suspected that he was tolerated outside New England for his influence among New England Dems. It is now beginning to look like maybe that is in jeapordy.

Money and time will tell. As the richest Senator if there ever was a chance for the presidency to be bought he had his chance.

Kerry has no chance. We threw Bush at him and he still lost.

Sorry. Kerry is out. The sweethearts are Hillary, Obama, and probably lots of other personailities I don't know or care about.
