Where was the cabin some of you went for a W2W retreat? If you have comments about it, please let me know. Our beach houses have gotten too expensive this year. We usually have 22-25 ladies who go. I have spent hours surfing the net the last 2 days and would like to go someplace that comes well recommended. Thanks.

i've never been in one of the big big cabins, but my in-laws have invited my husband and children and me to the Smokies on different ocassions. we've stayed at many. Auntie Bellham's between Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg were nice, as were some over near Townsend - but i don't recall the name of the rental company. I prefer the ones over near Townsend - they are a bit further out of the "hustle & bustle".
have fun, no matter what! :)

I posted this last night but somehow it has disappeared. Anyway, this weekend I was in the Wear's Valley area in a cabin. Below is the link. This is a new development and extremely nice.

There are many cabins in the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg area.
The cabin we went to for the first retreat was called Back Home Log Cabins.

That is one of the websites I checked out and really liked the cabins. In fact I talked to their office today.
