1 pkg Bakers Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 tub of Kool Whip
1/4 cup powdered sugar
Microwave cholcolate 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute
Stir until melted
Stir in peanut butter
Cool to room temperature
Add in Kool Whip, gently
Refrigerate 1 hour
Scoop with a melon baller and roll in powdered sugar
Place in candy papers or on waxed paper
Refrigerate until serving
Makes 3 dozen
You can roll them in crushed pecans instead of the powdered sugar.
