Our church, Five Mile Nazarene in Boise, ID puts on a Nativity with costumed actors in mime along with a small choir between 6 and 9 PM December 17-19.
Our sanctuary is on a major thouroughfare with easy ingress and exit from our parking lot so it is easy for those passing along to stop in. We provide hot drinks such as cider, hot choclate, coffee or tea for those who attend. I will be in the church kitchen for we also provide a supper of soup and sandwiches for our church people who are participating. I have my own recipe for hot cider, cheese and potatoe soups. Yes, Idahoans like potatoe soup as well as baked, mashed, au gratin etc.
