in Pullman Washington, 76 miles south of Spokane tonight. It just happened. Friel Court had a sell out crowd, the first time since 1995. Over 11000 were in attendance. GU has a great season going for themselves, so it's a great win for the WSU Cougars. Remember, GU beat Texas and North Carolina already. I don't normally follow basketball, but this is top of the list tonight in Eastern Washington.

I think I have mentioned that my sister, Sherry Watson's mother, was a secretary in the Chemistry Department at WAZZU for over 20 years. I can go a "Go Cougs" if you can do a "Go Broncos" for the Fiesta Bowl even though I did doctoral work at U of Oklahoma. For the Broncos to beat the Sooners (which means cheaters) will take a step up in intensity and error-free play.
Where in Central Washington, Meghan, if I may ask, since I have lived at Chelan, Moses Lake and Connell and have relatives in Yakima.

Meghan, just a week ago last Saturday evening I had the opportunity to hear Pastor Doug Perkins from Selah speak at a service while he and his wife, Elaine, were in the Nampa area for the NNU homecoming events. My spouse and I had know Elaine at Connell in the sixties when we lived and taught school in that community.
