Prayers for Travel

I'm a wimp when it comes to driving in the winter if there is even a hint of bad weather in the forecast.

My dad is in a nursing home in Toronto and they are having a Christmas dinner for residents and one family member tonight. I want to be there and have been watching the weather forecasts all day.

We DID have a snow squall warning in effect. Those of you who know what those are like would understand my reluctance to drive under those conditions.

But the warning has been lifted so I am going to chance it.

If God brings me to your mind today, I would appreciate knowing that you are praying for me.

Prayers for travelling mercies, here. I know what you feel like. I drive the highway every morning at 6:30AM in the dark wondering what is under the wheels. Looks like water, might be ice....
